These guys are the real deal! They are very helpful and friendly.

Dropped off our John deere the end of June for its first service, was told it would be a week and that delivery could be done. Was also told that we would be phoned when ready. It was now July 14 and we had not heard from the shop. Not once did they call without us leaving a message to find out what was going on with our tractor. Between our two phones over 12 calls were made to the shop trying to find out what was going on. Throughout my conversations with the owner I explained that if anyone at this company had some customer sense you would phone and tell us, its going to be late, sorry we can't make the schedule delivery etc. Every time I called to find out what was going on, all they did was give me complete BS. . We were told that our tenant was contacted on Friday July 10 to advise that the unit would be delivered on the 13. Well no phone call nothing she waited all day. Again we had to phone and find out what was going on, Finally it arrives on the 14th with a damaged ignition. You lost/misplaced whatever you did with our key. When I called I was given the excuse you were out of town and the keys were in that truck and your son was running the shop. Any shop that deals with keys puts a tag on them and has them on a board so when they are being picked up or delivered the key is there. When we called regarding the damage to the ignition I kept being told all kinds of stories that you were rushing it to us, that our tenants did the damage. How could they, they didn't have the key, Husband calls regarding the damage, you ask to have pictures sent which he does. You never called to tell us if you were going to do anything about it or not. We called on the 18th and you finally tell us your replacing the ignition no charge. I again stressed that none of this would be going on if you just phoned us and told us what was going on. You proceeded to give excuses that your too busy, the only shop in town that does this work etc etc. . If you are so busy turn down the work, hire more staff, MAKE CALLS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. I then proceeded to advise you that you need to call us when the replacement switch is to arrive. Again we have to phone to find out. You told us you would be there between 9 and 10 am.to fix the ignition. At 1130 am you show up again no phone call . You arrive, no apology for being late nothing. 3 words and you left. This is so sad that the service here is the way it is. We will take our tractor to another shop. Regardless of how busy any shop is, the shop needs to keep in touch base with the customers if there are issues. This is what customer service is all about. Sorry Deltec but your service is no longer required.

Always very good to deal with. Have purchased multiple agricultural implements from them, lots of parts, and used their shop and mobile repair service. Highly recommended
