★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented numerous items over the years from Cardinal then Warner, the new owners. I recently had a very bad experience with a counter person who went out of his way to sarcastic, condescending, and 'In My Face'. He refused to let the issue go even when I went out of my way to end it. As others have said on here, Jeremy rescued the situation to the best he was able, but to say that there is a bad taste in my mouth is an understatement. I filled out the contact form on the Warner Rentals webpage, but got no response whatsoever.
I will be renting from Armstrong or Vernon in the future. This person should not be allowed anywhere near customers. If he did this to me, he's done it to others and will do so again. He is costing Warner Rentals business, but they don't seem to care.

After Contact with one of the Owner Partners, I'd say the situation is over. After the phone conversation, I believe they will Honestly do whatever they can to make sure incidents such as this do not happen again. I will be upgrading my 'Stars' from a 2 to a 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a piece of heavy equipment from Warner Rentals and due to me being unfamiliar with the equipment, I made a mistake and created a mechanical issue. It was 100% my fault. When I returned it, I told Jeremy about it and he was very respectful in how he handled it. They could have made me feel even worse than I already did but they were great. I felt they were more than fair in the repair and they were appreciative that we owned up to the issue. This is a high quality and honest operation. I have rented from them before and had a great experience then as well. Highly recommend.
