★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who knew, you can buy a new van all set to go for family/friends who use wheelchairs, in Vancouver. The one we bought seats my sister in the front seat, not the middle, not the trunk, FINALLY! And has room for 2 chairs, and uses an automatic ramp. The vehicle was a 2016, new, with warranty, so I hope it works out okay. Salesman is not on commission. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently instaled wheelchair lift for my car. It is very comfortable. Also my car's emergancy brake was by foot and they made it so I can do it by hand. I am really happy for the work they did for me. There is also a very nice staff.
I STRONGLY RECOMEND THIS PLACE.

I took time off work for the appointment and they had the audacity to cancel my scheduled appointment and bumped me off for someone else. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. I HAD TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR AS GOOGLE WOULD NOT LET ME POST THE REVIEW
I did see them again after speaking to customer service . I got another date , I was seen promptly and the van serviced and ready in 2-3 hours . Really good service. Did not try to oversell me anything . Very courteous. Gave them second chance and they provided excellent service. Will go to them regularly and would recommend them highly . Customer service explained to me the reason behind canceling the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had hand controls recently installed by Silver Cross, and they were great! I had looked around and knew what I wanted, and there was no hard sell to change my mind. The controls I purchased were slightly different from my last set, and Trevor and Mark worked with me to ensure that they would perform to my needs. They provide a confident, personal service which is critical for something as important as hand controls. I plan to have a second set installed on my wife's car.

I have just driven home after the vehicle modifications they made to accommodate my back injury and what a difference I notice already. I am so pleased and cannot say enough good things about them! Highly recommended. ?
