Got some hood lights for my tacoma, you had em in stock, took about 3 days to get my truck in, was finished within a few hours, great customer service, on my way back to pick up a set of tracks for my off roading adventures today. They took about 2 weeks to come in from Australia, and that is during the holiday season. You guys rock!

Horrible As a new Jeep owner, excited to get parts and modify, as we all do I’m sure. This place is an utter and total disaster and of course disappointment. I order online a month ago for curb side pick up, still do not have the part. Was told twice the part was in come and get it, went once only to wait around for an hour and then eventually be told β€œcan’t find it, warehouse is an absolute mess.” β€œWe will have to reorder the part for you” is another thing I have been told twice!! Still nothing!! I have called, only to be put on hold for endless amounts of time, usually resulting to me hanging up. I have emailed asking for my money back. ZERO response from the company. Don’t waste your valuable time and money with this place.

Ordered a tonneau cover Nov 2nd 2021, promised to be delivered end of December 2021. After weekly calls for updates, I'm told on April 4th it's lost and it needs to be re ordered. Empty promises of "I'll call you back" or "I'll keep you updated" throughout the process.

Online ordering was easy. When I went in to pick up my order they went out of their way to help even though the store was closed and everyone was heading home. Quick on the phone and great service. Can't wait to install my Icon suspension.

I ordered a Best Top Trektop in Twill on line for my 2004 LJ unlimited , everything went fine. Site said it matched my Jeep for fitment, no problem. When I phoned a week later to check on the status of my order, I inquired to make sure that what I ordered would fit. I was told that they ,( Best Top ),do not make that top for my Jeep in Twill. Also the oil pressure sender that I ordered wouldn’t fit my vehicle either ( the web page said that it would). I asked the clerk ( who was very polite and professional) why would the 4 Wheel Parts web site says that it matched my vehicle, he stated that there are many glitches and problems with their site. In this day and age this is completely unacceptable and poor business management. The clerk was able to get me the right top ( but not in Twill) and I will be refunded the difference.

I ordered Running boards mid COVID. The manufacturer ran into supply chain issues but the Langley store kept in communication with me the whole time. The running boards did take time to arrive and arrived without mounting hardware. But the store was very helpful and communicative. I will definitely do more buisness with the Langley store and Krynn in the future!

I’ve dealt with 4wheeel parts several times with good experiences. But I was very disappointed with my latest purchase. I recently placed an online order for two items. 4wheel parts called and said the items were in, and I could come pick up at store. When I arrived at store , the girl behind the counter went in back to retrieve my items. Well she returned with only one item. She told me she couldn’t find the other one. This was very annoying. I called the next day to see if maybe they found the item. Nope. It seemed that no one really cared, all they said they could do was reorder. Another three week wait! I went back to store one last time to see if they located the item, but no luck. I was informed now that the item was shipped to someone else and it was in the process of being returned to store. They couldn’t give a timeframe. The girls demeanour behind the counter was rude and offered no apologies, so I asked for a refund. Poor customer service. And unprofessional.
