I went in with no idea what turn signal bulb I needed or how to replace it on my old 1988 truck. Within a minute or two after asking, I had the correct bulbs and asked where I could take my truck to get the signal light replaced. The staff member that helped me didn't hesitate to offer his assistance in looking at my truck himself. He was very friendly and helped me replace the bulb. Overall he saved me a lot of time and hassle today! I've always had good and quick service at this location but today they went above and beyond!

Not a big fan of Lordco but they are local and plentiful. They could do better customer service; take a number system or something like that may help.

Amazingly friendly and helpful. I can’t remember the name of the sales person who helped me (I think it was chase) but he treated me great and had me out the door just as fast as it took me to walk in

I have never been I. This store and I will not be back. The first person I dealt with was a woman, I explained that I had just called and what I needed her response was β€œwell it wasent me” I waited for her to finish her call and again told her what I needed. She walked to the appropriate isle and handed me one bulb. I asked her where she grabbed it from as I didn’t have my glasses and could see. It was so nice of her to stand there and point instead of passing me another light. Later I had to come back to make a return and had the pleasure of dealing with another rude staff member who explained to me that I have to understand that they are used to dealing with people who know what they need. I guess this means they are not equipped nor interested in taking the time to help those of us that may not be quite sure.

I've been shopping here for years due to convenience. I don't seem to learn my lesson as I'm given the wrong part on many occasions, front staff is not apologetic when making mistakes(we all make mistakes however no mention or urgency when making errors). Extremely painful and asking repetitive questions from many of the front end staff. Do not listen to my needs and requests and have to at many times give my own part number where then I'm asked "what car/what year" it's irrelevant what the application is as its usually the wrong part. Please work with your team to have them work on listening to the needs of the end user and better accuracy, instead of checking the computer going for a walk to check each time if it's available then saying "we don't have any". (As they return to the counter while looking at their cellphone) Furthermore, the amount of times I call to place and order I'm always put on hold. Then when in the store i see staff are standing around talking about personal life while they phone is ringing off the hook and 1 person assisting me has to put the customers on hold. (Why have 8-10 people working at the counter when only 2 are working?) I belive in strong customer service and this branch is lacking in this department huge. I continue to use Lordco as its local but will start using online options as at least I know what I'm getting and it's always right the first time.
