Hino Central Langley

I have a 5tonne with a brand new tailgate that had some charging issues. NORM in the service dept went above and beyond to make sure I was not stranded, including calling the vendor that installed the gate.. Eventually even through his frustration he was able to get me going.. He never skipped a beat, and not even for one moment was he anything less than proffesional.. Hino is very lucky to have an employee like him to mentor the next generation.. Nothing but respect and kind words for the entire service dept.

Used to be a good place to work but the current service manager has fired 5 techs in the past year, including the second best tech in western Canada and has created a toxic and hostile work environment. Would not recommend working at or bringing anything to hino central.

Just bought a truck from this dealer today. The sales representative there, Timothy, was super helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend. Love the jacket!

I have been employed here just over a year now and although I just handed in my notice due to greater opportunities, i have to say this place has left a great impression on me especially with my coworkers and staff. I have made a lot of friends and fond memories here. The staff are professional, the fluidity of the operating system is great logistically to ensure efficient customer turnover in the shop and they gave me the freedom to handle many decisions on my own for which i am grateful. Wishing everyone there continued success....?

I was recommended to Tim by my partner I worked with prior to purchasing my own truck and I can see why. He was nothing but kind and professional about my experience in purchasing my first truck and followed through with each promise he made me. This June they repair my Hino 165 truck Atfer 2 months I noticed 2nd gear not sifting properly Other gears sifting ok.but I busy on work lasy to call them . After 3 months I call them for sifting gear(. I have 3 year parts and labour warranty)I make appointment they diagnosed they said We have found broken pieces when we drained your transmission fluid. We will require a new transmission or a rebuild. We can provide an estimate for you if you choose to have us complete repairs. A new transmission from Hino is approximately $8,200.00. Actually when they did new clutch . They did something wrong.I tell them it’s under warranty Your technician did some wrong but they didn’t listen They said pay our fees I told maneger I’m disappointed again and he said when come always you not happy Last year I go there bcoz same truck not have power when going on hill. Then they start from fuel filter they said we. Need to change relay etc I said do but same issue I can’t remember they changed 2-3 other parts.after that they call me said we need newfuel pump also replace fuel tank I said order it as it’s takes 2 weeks bcoz x-mas . Then I told this story to pump supplier he said I don’t think there issues in pump .Then I talk to other technician he said took your truck from them I pay them there cost and tool truck.other technician come to my warehouse we work on truck then we found issues ..just small crack ion fuel filter cap .When truck need more fuel AIR goes that’s why truck less power. Any way they not listen if they did wrong I think when technician put new clutch he make some mistakes but he damaged me lot

My Hino truck was having some issues so I brought it into Hino to check it out. They told me the injectors and fuel pump had both failed and quoted me over $14,000 to fix the issue. I thought this wasn’t right because I had the injectors replaced a couple years earlier. Took it elsewhere, they said all that needed to be replaced was the control suction valve. Cost under $1,000 and has been driving like new for over a month. So if anyone gets a quote from Hino that they think is ridiculous, take it to a different shop. I know I won’t be back to Hino for any repairs ever in the future
