Last year I spent over $5000 purchasing a turbo upgrade system for my car. Not only did CTS send the wrong turbo, they sent the wrong number of injectors, the wrong downpipe, and a turbo manifold that did not fit. When called out on this, they never apologized or made it right, they have ignored me and dodged calls for months. The manifold required remachining, and a new Downpipe needed to be fabbed, all at my cost. After having the "kit" installed for less than 4 months, their welds sheared right off the dump pipe! They reached out over social media, but after repeated followups with them I guess they don't want to resolve the issue. For all my trouble (I am out more than $2000 in replacement parts, labor and rental cars) I was sent 2 Tshirts, a sticker and a license plate holder. I would not recommend CTS turbo to my worst enemy.

Last week I had the pleasure of speaking with Nik (The General Manager) about a testpipe/highflow cat I was interested in getting installed in my car. I was blown away by the level of service I received. Nik was extremely professional and helped me with choosing the right one for my need. I knew that I would get a engine code with the high flow cat and had a Cheap spacer I bought to help with the code. Although it was not a CTS part, Nik had no issues when I asked If I could have it installed in my car. When I picked up the car, Nik and the CTS team installed a CTS spacer (as the one I had did not fit) and also erased the engine code, FREE of charge. I really appreciated the level of service I got from Nik and the team. I have no idea where some of these other reviews are coming from. If you are looking at getting some parts for your car and want quality, look no further. Support local and buy CTS

They have an iron-clad return policy and defensive customer service. I did my best to research the right part I needed and had it shipped to me. Short story is I missed the delivery because of work. It happens when you're in the military. The part was sent back to CTS and I had to pay to have it reshipped to me. Then I find out I missed a detail on the webpage and it's the wrong part. Then I find out I have to pay for return shipping and there is 35% restocking fee. Then I miss the 30-day window and I get squat. CTS explained their policies clearly and offered no empathy. Their policy protects their profits, not me. The customer seems a concern, but not the priority. I would not shop here unless you're comfortable with some risk. Read through other reviews and you'll see a pattern of this.

I purchased a turbo muffler delete, turbo inlet pipe, and intake for my 2015 Audi S3 I decided to install the parts myself. After the installation, I could tell there was something up. A slight hissing noise came from the engine bay (boost leak) I took the intake off and re-tightened the Throttle Pipe but moments after driving it kept coming loose. Talked to CTS Turbo, got my vehicle in, checked it out, saw the issue, re-did the job, but except PROPERLY this time. Thank you CTS Turbo for your great customer service. Also thank you for the information on what I should do for Tuning. I will be returning in the future! Thanks, CTS Turbo! Ashton.

I am CONTINUOUSLY impressed with CTS Turbo each and every time I purchase a part or interact with their customer service. They are just an all-around great company and they have terrific support in spite of what all these hypercritical people say on their reviews... they must have not installed a part that instantly made their vehicle into a racecar. Each and every product that I have ordered has come in a timely manner. There have been ZERO packaging issues or missing parts, ZERO issues to where I didn't have instructions, and ZERO complaints about the product (aside from the intake box being a tight fit together but that is universal across the board). A tight fit means a secure fit anyway... Impressively, just an hour or so ago in fact, I messaged them to see if they would price match a product of theirs.... This was well after hours, mind you. I IMMEDIATELY got an email back saying of course, was asked a few questions for shipping, was granted the matching price, upgrade to free 2 day shipping, and sent a swag pack. I literally was expecting an answer like a day or so after, but I got one 2 minutes after. My representative was online at like 9pm EST getting me taken care of instead of going home for the night. I also got treated very respectfully and given a great deal and some great perks simply for reaching out. They didn't have to do that, but they did, and I am endlessly impressed here. My parts will be on the way soon and I am thrilled. Thank y'all very much, CTS: you have solidified a customer for life. Nik @ CTS Turbo: You are the man and are greatly appreciated. I'll have to buy you a steak or something like that! Thank you all!

I purchased downpipes and a heat exchanger from CTS Turbo. Not only did they arrive very quickly and undamaged but it was exactly as described, high quality and an amazing price. Very happy with this company and would recommend to anyone looking at their products or services.

Ordered a downpipe online. Installed and had multiple exhuast leaks. Loose fitting reducer bent at a relief cut while clamp was being torqued. It appears clamps weren't formed properly. Had to buy a new clamp from a local part supplier (shown in picture). This with some high temp copper RTV and main leak appears to be holding. Still have 2 small leaks at the remaining clamps. Will likely be out of pocket $80-$100 refitting and repairing a brand new poorly manufactured product. Filed warranty claim and had a quick intial response. Sent pictures as requested. So far it's been 1 month with no response. I just wanted a new reducer and new clamps that weren't defective. Will not buy from CTS Tubo again. What a shame, especially from a Canadian manufacturer.
