★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get distilled water for battery maintenance but couldn't find any, so I asked, and the lady looked at me like I was crazy and said "no, maybe at the grocery store. "
So I went to lordco and got what I wanted, and didn't get any funny looks about my request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my 1st ever visit to a Napa store and I was there for 1 specific item I found in the flyer. It was the first day of the flyer and when I arrived I was told the item was not available at that store or any other local store. The next closest item was twice as much. I was shopping for a car wash foam cannon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good prices and have always had the parts I was looking for. Lordco charges way more and usually hasn't had what I needed. The guy at the counter is very helpful and kind. I always go to NAPA instead of Lordco now. Having a shop in the front of an entire warehouse is a big plus. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wrote pretty mean review before but have to say ever since I have had good experiences. Had many bad experiences but somehow I have notice a big change. Great job guys. Very helpful, polite, didn't have to wait long as the guy does his paper work, and just all around good service.
