F	Ferrgggy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would absolutely put 0 stars if I could. Signet group purchased the building my apartment is in and it has been the biggest disaster ever since. Some of the worst management I’ve ever experienced. Please think twice before renting from them.
S	Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Place to Live EVER! This property management company is a joke. They take no pride in their buildings leaving them absolutely filthy and in disrepair. I am convinced that every positive review you see here is fake and written by them to boost their star rating. BEWARE. New units in our building are going for $1000 more per month than they were six months ago (when they purchased the property) and they can’t even manage to have the grass cut or the snow plowed. And be sure to know your rights as they do things that are illegal and take advantage of anyone who doesn’t know better. DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will regret it
J	Jeff Angst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signet is the worst landlord that I have ever had. The building is filthy and they refuse to shovel snow. Walkways, sidewalks, parking lot are all dangerous because they won’t clear the snow. Signet refuses to respond to emails and phone calls. They even refuse to answer their emergency number. Save yourself an awful experience and don’t rent from Signet.
M	Miss Cadets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update from previous negative post. Signet property management for the region of Waterloo is restoring my faith! They are working hard at reorganizing/hiring staff that actually care about doing a great job. They are doing some heavy renos on building structures and the newly renovated apartments are way overpriced, but beautiful! We are finally getting security cameras inside and outside the building, which is awesome considering the issues we've had being so close to downtown Kitchener. Grand River wouldn't even discuss options. I am looking forward to seeing what else will be accomplished. Only negative thing so far is the management's responsiveness not questions or information required.
N	Nick Babatsikos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daniela in the revenue office is an excellent representative of the company. During the worst of the Covid situation she was incredibly sympathetic and ready to work with me and help me through that difficult time. I appreciated her help and her compassion.

This month Signet withdrew my rent TWICE (one day after the other) from my bank account and is refusing to give me my money back. Initially it was suggested that they apply a 'credit' of nearly $1000 to my account. I should mention I'm on disability and receive a fixed income each month, one that barely covers my rent. Now my account is hundreds of dollars in the negative and I am incurring $47/day in nsf fees. Today, the secretary (no manager has reached out to me, even after I've asked to speak with them) told me that it would be over a week before I receive a check from the company.. a week. That's $423 in nsf fees alone. Please, tell me how that is legal? and in the midst of a pandemic no less, for a person on a fixed support income. I was told by the Landlord Tenant Board to file a claim against Signet. Please, PLEASE, think twice before renting from them.

We left sadly as we loved our garden and the apartment which was designed by a famous architect. We loved our neighbours and the administration. The best person was Daniela. She should be awarded best employee of the year for her kindness and ability to “get things done”. She is efficient, professional and a very special person. On several occasions, she helped me deal with issues and I will be forever grateful. Daniella represents excellent care and service and the best of Signet !!
