My Family and I have been living here for years. And we've had nothing but positivity and professionalism come as a result of our apartment building being Managed by Gold Seal. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Julie and Simon in regards to a small issue on our part. They took the time to listen and were very understanding. They rectified it without hassle and ensured all promises made were held up. In addition, any other issues we've had in the past regarding our apartment were always dealt with accordingly within a reasonable time frame. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication from your team and hope we continue to have an outstanding relationship for as long as we are tenants. Thank you.

I help take care of my father who does live in a building managed by Gold Seal Management Inc. I have dealt with management for the passed decade and they have always been helpful, considerate, and caring. The Superintendents' through the years have looked out for my dad and all work orders completed within expectation. Management always keeps an open line of communication with regards to any concerns of the tenants and building is always clean.

I have rented from Gold Seal for over 7 years and they have been great. I appreciate the friendly and professional service from the Superintendent to the Property Manager. The rent is reasonable, the building is well maintained and they are super easy to deal with and really want to work with their tenants rather than against them. Would highly recommend!

Roaches, mouse, slow to repair. Notifications are threatening in nature to your rental stability. They get you to sign paperwork without letting you know the back of the paper is printed with cost of repairs you will be liable for. Harrassment by paperwork to get you to do what they want. You will have to pay even to throw out large items from your apartment in the garbage. They will take away your discount and increase your rent in order to force you to move out. You will live under constant surveillance.You'll never feel at ease living under this management company.

We lived in this unit for 8 years. In that time we had to deal with our parquet flooring that was peeling off the ground tile by tile, black mold in our bathroom (this was once fixed through replacing the caulking on the tub however as there was no functional fan to dry the space we were unable to prevent it from happening within a sort time afterward). We did put in another request to have caulking replaced however this was declined due to Covid. Due to the electric baseboard heating you will have no control over your heating if you choose to live in these units which are now going for over $1700. In addition, due to some renovation on the outside of our building, our new car was damaged from paint speckling from the bricks outside. Simon, the property manager only agreed to compensate us for this after much back and forth. Please do expect much back and forth over any minor and major matters concerning your tenancy. I would also agree with the other reviews that state all notices posted through out the building or placed in your mailbox are not polite to the tenants. Lastly, while I'd like to note that they are doing some excellent external renovations, you can truly not put lipstick on a pig and there is a ways to go before this building management company should be placed in the same league as others throughout the GTA.

Very unpleasant experience with management. @392 Wilson ave When we asked if there is cockroaches or other pests building manager replied, "not recently have any tenants complained" Also unit was decent size but inside was dirty, unpainted, windows looked like they haven't been washed for 20 years and the radiator appeared to have leaks on the panels below it. When asked about the peeling panels the guy said it is an old building. It was clear that there was humidity and moisture, during the summer it may not be a problem but during the winter it will.

My husband and I have lived at Fairfield Towers for 11 years and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty good. Hats off to Gee who did an awesome job on our bathroom even his new in our building he always response quick, Thank you Gee. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. The property is, for the most part kept clean. We believe in being clean courteous neighbors and hope all neighbors share the same sentiment. Thank you Gold Seal?

I have been living at their 10 Trudelle Street property for quite some time and have been complimented by a lot of my visitors on how well maintained and well kept and clean this property is. The maintenance is as fast as you can get and everything is very organized. The current Superintendent Mr. Jerry is also such a sweetheart. I was actually surprised to see the bad reviews and thought I would give credit where it is due. I would give 6 stars in a heartbeat for this particular property that I am staying at.
