★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a unit at 50 Wellesley St E, and the developer has been great to work with. As with any new build, there were small issues and things to be addressed; but Plaza (and our rep, Ronald) did a great job of following up to ensure everything was addressed and resolved. The finishes and overall build quality was great and the floor plan was much better than many of the other units we considered. We're very happy with our decision to purchase from Plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND VERY POOR QUALITY DEVELOPMENTS. They mislead buyers by spending a lot in false advertisements. Very disappointed in them and will never ever purchase any projects from The PLAZA. The customer service and reps after delivery of units are really very poor especially their rep named NADIA D'ALLESANDRO is the worst rep does not care at all and would do anything to avoid to repair any bad work done by THE PLAZA. SUCH A SCAM!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Developments are VERY POORLY DESIGNED. No logic went into the design of this condo whatsoever. They cut corners on almost everything. I've been living in THE MET condo for less than 2 years. This building is nothing but tiny/poorly planned unit layouts, the laminate flooring is separating, condo corp does not respond to maintenance requests, no accommodation for when youre kicked out of your parking spot that you paid tens of thousands of dollars for! DANGEROUSLY small parking garage and there's more to complain about. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Plazacorp!
