โ โ โ โ โ One word to use for Briarlane property management is Thieves. Inspite of giving the 60 days notice period for exiting the apt, this company has not returned our deposit money approx 1800$ till now (2 months)which is our sweat and blood. When we called the office administrator who is always rude, speaks threatening languages told us, we dont have credit and to call headoffice. When we call their headoffice ( property manager) no one answers. Inspite of stealing our money these people did not have the courtesy to even let us know via mail or any means, why the deposit money was not being returned. our final inspection says anything abt the whole money being taken. They are heartless predators who even sent us a rental increase notice during pandemic when ontario has a freeze on rent hike. We request the tenant board to please help us and we urge every other person to think twice before renting at a place managed by briarlane rental..

โ โ โ โ โ Literally the worst rental company Iโve ever dealt with. Hole in my shower for 3 months with no fix. Racist/noisy neighbours, multiple complaints with no resolution. Stayed at one of their properties and they sent me to collections when they MISTAKENLY thought I missed a months rent. Funny they never contacted me or notified me about this. And even more funny that I actually did pay, they are just stupid enough to not double check and automatically send people to collections. Dawn, one of the rental managers took 0 responsibility, was extremely rude. Trying to blame me for not paying( again, I did pay, they made the mistake and didnโt see my payment) and refused to accept any inkling of this, instead ignoring my requests. Having to deal with collections and my credit bureau at the fault of this company, I have to stay Iโve never dealt with a company worse in my life. Please do not move into one of their rentals.

โ โ โ โ โ This company likes to rent parking spaces that they donโt even own to their tenants, then refuses to deal with the problem when the actual owner canโt park in their space.
Theyโll call in their security company if someone dares to use their garbage bins or try to hold a yard sale, though.
