S	Shen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked the cashier supervisor (Wendy?) a question about optimum points but she misinterpreted my question. When I tried to get a clarification, she ended up raising her voice and repeating the exact same explanation 3 times. Then she went and apologized to the lady behind me (the lady waited 3 minutes max!!) Extremely condescending and rude. I work in the service industry as well - I was not trying to make things difficult for you, Wendy. For a supervisor, your customer service & problem solving skills suck. 2 stars for the normally friendly staff and great pharmacists !
N	Nicole Gilley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful, thorough experience and consultation with pharmacist Jennifer, who made sure to reiterate any interactions and possible risks with my medications about a month ago. However, I was not told that one of my medications is normally not stocked. I went in to fill said prescription recently, and was met with pretty poor service. First of all, the assistant only checked if the generic was in stock, and didn't check if the branded was in stock until I asked specifically (after initially stating that I had no preference). When I was told they had to order the medication in, I began to explain that I wouldn't be able to pick it up until a later time, but was interrupted by the pharmacist. Thanks again to Jennifer for the excellent service, but I was unfortunately not happy with my most recent visit.

When I needed a script filled in the future they made sure they would have my meds in stock in advance. I will drive out of my way to come to this shoppers because the people here are so great. I would recommend this drugstore to anyone (especially if they need a prescription filled).
M	M Sab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Pharmacist with Attitude" on duty at covid vaccination clinics, refused to administer Pfizer to age 30 or over. Other Shoppers Drugmart locations offer a choice of either Pfizer or Moderna. Not sure why and how he has the right to make/sway the personal decision of individuals.

She is always caring for customers and never forget about promotion notices with warm smile face. And the cosmetic staffs are so professional and very helpful to get my curiosity. Every week, I visit here to check new deals.
H	Helen P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear K. When a person goes to you to get vaccinated, you MUST check his birthday and name. That's basic. You didn't check my son's basic information. In addition to that, you just gave him a shot when I was NOT around. I was right there within calling distance. The shop is not enormous. Even though he is over 12, he still needs a guardian to confirm. Your attitude concerns me. My family has been now shot many times, yours was the worst experience.
L	Lucy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the store doesn’t tell you there is a max number of items you can returned. Only that they can decline a return for any reason at any point. The beauty boutique workers definitely has an attitude and acts like they’re the ones paying. Was professionalism not a part of your training? You don’t need to show me your attitude when handling returns. It’s a transaction, not an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians. They also start fishing for your money as soon as you start talking, followed by tempting you with 20x points: their biggest and most frequent promotion which basically gets you to spend more to reach a minimum, then even more for $10/20/30 off. This is part of their job but just be aware and spend smart. Don’t engage with the sales clerks unless absolutely necessary.
S	Shan C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff here (makeup, cashier, stocking, pharmacy) are so friendly and helpful! With the exception of the pharmacist. His attitude isn’t terrible, but he doesn’t seem to care/ has a “whatever” attitude. If possible, ask other pharmacy staff instead of him for help.
