★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never used the pharmacy at Save-On but the store is nice, new and well stocked. Good deli. Not the best for prices but it is about the only place to go this far west of downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always crowded and the shoppers love to stop in the middle of the aisle, creating an effective Berlin Wall between you and any food item that you want to purchase. Also, the checkout lines are always long. Always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check your meat very carefully when you get home. I'd estimate that I've bought spoiled meat from this location at least a dozen times over the past couple years. Something might be wrong with the way they handle their meats. I brought this to the attention of the asst store manager a couple of years ago, but conditions have not improved. Buyer beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed. There are many things you can do to protect yourself from the virus. Many grocery stores are doing their best to protect their customers from the infection. Save-on UBC safety standards are terrible. Much of their competitors wipe down the handles of buggies and baskets, this store does not. Unlike many others they have no one at the door dispensing hand cleanser or keeping count of number of customers, Masks are few and far between. Cashier lineups are not well controlled. plus many other safety standards seen in other grocery outlets are not in this store. I love this save-on location for the selection and prices but with coronavirus my health is more important.
