β β β β β Absolutely garbage service, transphobic staff, and outright ignores refill requests from my dr, and only gave half of my prescription MULTIPLE TIMES. Never been treated so poorly before. Was willing to forgive a one-time mistake but they keep acting like I'm the issue when they keep screwing up.

β β β β β Rude and poorly trained pharmacy staff. Beligerent and incompetent (have lost many prescriptions). If you are thinking of going here, might I suggest that you instead go to I.D.A. - University Pharmacy (two stores down on the left) and if you still want to go to a Shoppers (and have a car) go to 5968 Webber Lane. Also, filling a pill bottle with widely available prescription medication should almost never take more than a few minutes. This pharmacy is somehow "always busy" and needs at least 30 minutes to do so (what are they even doing?)

β β β β β Had to wait over 30 minutes after checking in to get a vaccine.
People that were not checked in went in before me, since the pharmacist seemed to not be aware of the check in process and queue.
And this was when, according to google, the shop was less busy than usual.

β β β β β I consistently experience competent and very friendly service from the staff, especially Elsa. The latest example was on Friday, February 11, 2022.
Baljeet and Jennifer at the Pharmacy were exceptionally efficient, friendly and caring with regard to filling my prescription request. Very much appreciated.

β β β β β Really disappointed with the pharmacy staff like most reviews here. I got a confirmation email that my prescription has been submitted 5 hours prior to going to the pharmacy and they were not ready when I arrived. They told me "my prescription just arrived" and I was asked to wait 20 minutes. They were still not ready after 25 minutes. This happened to be 3 times already. Not the mention the pharmacy staffs are also rude and unprofessional.
There was one staff at the pharmacy (the South Asian/Middle Eastern (??) guy) who was very professional and helpful, unlike the others.
With all the negative reviews on the pharmacy staff, it is clear that this is not an one-time issue. Shoppers should take action by hiring new staff or do an intensive training with the current staff.
