★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It feels more like a community pharmacy compared to others and the prices have always seemed fair. One woman even took the time to help me save money on thank you cards when she could have easily just rung me up and been on with her day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pharmacy on the East end of Welland. Excellent service, great pharmaceutical team, all your health needs in one place!
Hours of operation for the clinic/dispensary have changed on Saturday and Sunday. They are now open from 9am-4pm on Saturday and 10am-3pm on Sundays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first pharmacy I like going to. They take their time to explain things to you, and then they ask if you have any questions? Not many people do that anymore. The prices are very good. I would suggest people should check them out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate staff . I find they know their patients' personally and are on top of their medical conditions and prescription medications. They are always care about their patients welfare and can offer professional advice on issues relating specially to their medical situations and prescriptions. The staff always take the time to listen and follow up with a customer. I have complete trust in them as professionals and their service. The East Main Pharmacy is the absolute best pharmacy I have used and they definitely work in partnership with you and your doctors. Kudos to the A ONE staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always use to switch pharmacies until I found this one 7 plus years ago been there ever since..they truly care about there patients/customers they are always asking how I'm feeling which means alot to me it shows how much they care. The staff is great & so friendly especially Jose' & Karen (my 2 favorite) but they are all great! If I could rate more than 5 ?'s I would because they truly deserve it. Keep up the great work gals. HUGS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best pharmacy’s that I have come across. Absolute amazing customer service. So quick and attentive to each patient. I will be switching myself and 4 kids over for sure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
