L	Li V.V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely some of the worst ethnic food i have eaten . I have lived/travelled in the Middle East extensively and this is NOTHING like the real thing. First time i figured they were having an off day ,food was bland and tasteless, no thought put into presentation/prep or paying attention to customers order details. Second time round was even worse, we COULD NOT EAT the food, it was under cooked and looked/smelled weird. If you value your health and dollars STAY AWAY!!!!
V	Vaibhav Gala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw an ad on Facebook that they were selling a chocolate cake for $4 had to try it. Found out later it was a shawarma place and had to try it. The shawarma isn’t the best I’ve had and is average, the meat isn’t flavorful and there was barley any sauce and the wrap itself was pretty small. I’d still recommend Osmow’s for shawarma. But apparently they make all their desserts inhouse and the chocolate cake was amazing. No too sweet and perfectly moist. Although I would have love a bit more thicker layer of icing but for $4 I can’t complain.

I was eating my dinner, which I actually could have enjoyed if the owner of the business wasn't being so loud and obnoxious with his campaign guy. I was just trying to enjoy my meal, but his abusive behaviour toward that poor fella practically made me sick. I didn't even want to finish my meal I had to take it to go. It was bad enough listening to it while I was waiting to get my food, but he just kept on going on with his abusive behaviour - it was just bizarre. It was just sad that I have to leave to enjoy it.

I ordered online and the special instructions section was ignored ...my fries weren't separated and covered with the overcooked greasy, crunchy bits of chicken shawarma. The pita was falling apart with a small amount of ingredients. Everything tasted as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp. ? I won't be back.
C	Cheyenne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered it from skip for lunch…got the chicken schwarma plate and oh my stars. Its really good! I got it with the garlic sauce, it was delicious. The chicken was fresh, a little crispy which was amazing and those veggies and hummus? Amazing. Cant wait to try it again and maybe try the desserts as well! :)
S	SWIFT_KILLZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2 chicken Shawarma wraps, food tasted good, portion size could have been better for getting the lrg wraps that cost $18 for both. Main reason for the 3 star rating was because I asked for certain items like cucumbers not to be in the wraps but unfortunately they were, so I had to pick out some undesired items I didn't want while eating. In all food was good though!
B	Bree O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing and authentic Lebanese shawarma. We tried the chicken shawarma wrap and the shawarma poutine. The chicken was cooked really well and was full of flavour. The poutine was great and it was well enjoyed. The establishment is relatively new (2019) and has a homey look and vibe. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their foods. They also offer a lot of additional items such as specialty ice cream, cakes, and catering. We purchased a caramel cheesecake slice and it was to die for! We hope to stop in again our next time through Welland if we need a bite to eat.
P	Paul Beltran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic shawarma. Absolutely delicious. I’m glad I don’t have to drive to Mississauga to get good shawarma. A bit of a language barrier but that adds to the authenticity. ———————————————————————— Oh man I thought it was delicious before. The second time, I came around for take out. Bought me a chicken shawarma plate they included three different sauces on the side (garlic, tahini and a red sauce I had never had before). Good job putting it on the side. Most places either put too much or too little. Shawarma House is definitely my go to for shawarma. Thank you.
