Making small business' consider shut down and some friends are seriously contemplating off the grid living. You people are sick for the insane increases you have been making this year. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for Josie ( Customer Service). My interaction with her was probably one of the best I have ever encountered! Having been laid off for 6 months due to Covid, Josie was kind, understanding, and set me up with a program via her Manager, as my records showed I have been paying as much as I could throughout the last few months.
Zero stars for the phone system and trying to reach someone though!! And when I did eventually speak with someone (prior to Josie), I felt almost threatened to pay my balance immediately ...or else!!! I certainly didn't need the anxiety that caused!!!!!!
