The facilities are so nice and clean, and the staff are super friendly! The best hot box yoga studio I've tried. I rave about this place all the time, I'll definitely be coming back for years to come.

The yoga teachers provide a vast range of different techniques and postures for all skills levels. The studio is always clean and the staff are so friendly and welcoming! Hot Box Yoga has brought me to love yoga more than I thought I ever would.
H	Heather Murr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down best yoga studio I've ever been to! Infrared panels heat the room to the perfect temperature, not humid or sweaty like most hot yoga studios. A perfect variety of teachers who teach everything from sweaty power classes to relaxing yin classes. I like the music played in class and find that there is a teacher and class style for every person and every mood. The studio is always clean and modern with fun aesthetics. Highly recommend!
N	Need To Know Info on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back up to Amanda Price's review, but without allowing the owner to put full names on their response and offer some free classes to make up for it. Owner closed down their studio in Kelowna overnight, taking all members money without so much as a word. A lot of businesses have struggled during COVID, but to ask members to support and then disappear without a care to the community is the opposite of yoga and what it represents. If yoga and mind and body mean something to you - look for authentic genuine studios that prove they are about connecting, not money. Literally look anywhere else.
K	Kristina Khersonski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good yoga studio, good instructors but be careful, if you miss exact time the doors will be closed. Pay attantion that if you registered online the payment is not refundable , so make sure you are coming on the sesssion you are registered and in time.

I really struggle with their late policy, though. I work full-time and have two little kids at home, and I so look forward to the 1 or 2 times per week I can have an hour-long yoga retreat all to myself. Because I am imperfect at time management, and often have to rely on the bus, I have been late for class, twice, by less than 5 minutes. This means standing outside the locked studio doors with no answer and late charges added to your account. I'm sure they have legitimate reasons for this, possibly some combination of staffing, Covid protocols, and/or not wanting any disruptions once class starts. I totally get that. It's just so disheartening to feel like you were "shamed" out of your yoga class after you tried so hard to get there. Again, I can appreciate why they might have these policies in place. I just wish they could find a way to show a little more compassion for their fellow yogi who is trying to catch a break after working so hard every other moment of the week.
