S	Starlynn Venditti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes I guess this gym is okay for the price. That being said their price has increased but the facility looks as crusty as ever. I know there's a cleaner but I'm not sure they have the proper equipment to clean the gym as it always looks dirty as hell. The floors are covered in debris and hair, their mats have seen better days and their paper towels aren't even properly put in the dispensers. They do have good equipment and variety, but it should be upkept better especially with a price increase.
C	Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has everything you need to get a workout done. The gym is seriously lacking a maintenance crew though. If a machine breaks, it’s out of commission for months. At the very least they could pump up the stability balls, but they’ve been flat since I started working out there. Mats are disgusting, cable attachments are cheap and limited. Seats are ripped and duct taped. Cmon guys.. with the amount of staff working at any given time, the place should be in better condition.
K	Kiron Bondale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety of equipment, fairly clean, good overnight and morning staff. You can't beat the price and compared to the Crunch I used to go to in Mississauga, this one is a palace. The free weights, cardio and weight training equipment is all fairly new. Lots of squat racks and multiple cable stations so other than the late afternoon or early evening there shouldn't be issues with getting in a full body workout. There are at least four triceps pull down ropes (not sure why the other reviewer only found one) and most of the members who work out in the early morning are good at wiping down the equipment before and after their use. When a piece of equipment is broken, so long ad that is mentioned to the staff it is usually fixed fairly quickly. The exception is one of the two hand dryers in the men's locker room - that has been broken for months. I don't trust ANY gym when it comes to preauthorized payment so I just prepay once a year and I don't worry about being charged extra.

Equipment is excellent and, in covid time, it matters to say that it is super clean and spacious. I’ve never needed to train too close of someone else. At this point it’s definitely 5 stars to me.
R	Rachel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym equipment for sure needs some updating as well as more machines. It gets quite busy and hard to do a workout when all the machines are always taken. So far the staff has all been pretty great (with the exception of one young lady who was a little odd and short with us when we were asking questions) Unfortunately they have permanently closed the kids Crunch. Which absolutely sucks as that is one of the main reasons my friend and I signed up at Crunch. Now the only gym I know of that caters to parents is World Gym in St. Catharines. I'm really really hoping they decide to still have a kids option as it is needed for some people.

Decent equipment some in rough shape .. overall everything you need to get a good workout in. Gets a little too busy at times especially with groups just hanging out taking up space.. the downfall of the low membership cost. They could also improve the mats.. the ones they have are very thin and cheap and better cleaning practices as it could be quite grubby sometimes but all in all you get what you pay for, so really no complaints
K	Katelynn G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a really nice gym inside (other than some well-loved machines and an unorganized free weight section), but unfortunately most of (there are two that are super nice) the staff are unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. I cancelled my membership as I was no longer happy at that gym and moving closer to a different gym, the staff were beyond rude while canceling the membership. I was met with eye rolling, single worded answers, and sarcasm. It was really unprofessional and exhausting to deal with. Not only that, but a staff member would openly hit on my husband in front of me, making us both uncomfortable, and pretend like I wasn’t standing right there. When I would interject, she would roll her eyes and ignore me. I put off writing a review because I figured it wasn’t worth it, but that was until today when I saw a charge on my account from them. I called to make sure it was correct as I figured I had a single payment left to make before the end of my membership but I wanted to make sure. The staff member was short with me and hung up on me while I was thanking her for her help. I understand that days get busy and there are clients at the desk, but a little customer service and friendliness goes a long way. Do better crunch. Your clients deserve better.
V	Vanessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a member here since they opened and was satisfied at first. Over time, I noticed the lack of cleaning and general upkeep of the gym as I went declining. I had mentioned to staff about the lack of cleanliness and even how there was still construction dust on top of the lockers almost 3 years later. I used to see cleaners but they have since disappeared and I know some of the staff tries to clean but I feel as a commercial gym, they should be doing more to maintain the state of it. The last straw for me was going into the tanning booth and seeing a visible inch of dust on the door. I stayed for the price, but have recently switched to another gym that has similar pricing and is much cleaner. I suggest exploring your options, hopefully things improve cleanliness wise for crunch.
