This year I was asked if I could see an intern and have him check as she was tied up when I arrived. The intern was not very confident, couldn’t properly adjust the machine, and I left feeling uneasy. When I returned to the lobby I saw Dr. Randawa helping customers with frames and new displays. Over 1.5 months later I experienced eye pain like I have never before. I ended up spending two days in bed and was experiencing auras as well. I’ve never experienced kaleidoscope Vision until after this and I’ve had it 4 times in 2 weeks as of now. I was rebooked with Randawa at no charge. The day of the appointment I was told she had an emergency and had to rebook or see another Dr. Dr Chan did a retest and every aspect of the prescription was different from the initial test. From a professional stand point I feel as if I was not a priority and expansion seems to have become a priority over maintaining quality of service. Thank you for the years of service but I will be finding a new Optometrist. Thank you Dr Chan for taking your time resolving the issue. I’m hoping the kaleidoscope vision will go away over time now as it seems to be a direct result of an improper test/prescription.

After 2 years of suffering from dry eye symptoms the staff suggested I try weekly IPL treatments. After completing 2 months of treatment my symptoms have almost completely disappeared.

There was almost no wait time. Dr. Yip was excellent, very professional but also very personable and easy to talk with. She did a great job of explaining everything. I would absolutely recommend this team.
