★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have to been going to Eye-Bar for the last few years. We don’t go anywhere else because of the exceptional customer service. Both Dr. McKenzie and Dr. Bakelaar are both friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff is fabulous. We mostly deal with Luke, he is always personable and makes us feel welcomed. He listens and is honest about which glasses will look good and work for you. He never rushes us and makes us feel valued. Definitely recommend the Eye-Bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in on a whim and had a short visit and a repair done... hinges had released the screws at the temples...and Karalyn replaced the screws, coating with Loc-Tight to secure. We had another short chat and I left shortly after with a great sense of accomplishment.
Top-drawer repair and a great customer engagement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my visit to Eye Bar! The eye exam was comprehensive and I felt it covered more than I had received with previous optometrists. I had fun selecting new frames, which I love. I also appreciated that they added the info for my second choice on frames to my file, in case I wish to purchase in the future. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional experience!

The whole experience was very positive. My eye exam was thorough. Karlyn was my specialist. She was very knowledgeable about all the products. She was very helpful assisting me through several visits and trying many frame shape and sizes. She educated me on prescription sunglasses and what would be best based on my needs. I am very comfortable referring eye bar Optometrists & Opticians. Looking for new glasses can be a daunting experience but I am pleased to say this group of professionals made it an enjoyable experience for me.

It was a delight to be greeted so warmly by Chris when we arrived.
I was anxious about the process of choosing glasses for my rough three year old daughter. Kimberly is very knowledgeable, professional and great with kids. She made the entire experience a breeze and found us the perfect fit and colour of indestructible glasses.
The free sunglasses were a fun extra too
