H	Haven Fields on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I have came to Cali nails and I was told to wait 10 minutes over 20 minutes go by and they tell to wait me another 15 minutes then another 25 to 30 minutes go by and then in that time of waiting another walk in came in and they immediately started doing the service she asked for. They constantly switch nail artists throughout the process making the nails very inconsistent. Just would be nice to feel more appreciated and respected as a customer. Do not recommend if you have a busy day!!

I got shellac on my nails, they had put the top coat on while they were very patchy and streaky, the color doesn’t go to the edges of my nails and the top coat is only slapped on in the middle so I’ve got bumpy nails with the edges having no top coat on them.

I also asked if he could take off my gel polish from my feet as I have a painful ingrown toenail and I'm going to the doctor for it so I thought I may as well take off the polish for the doctor. I told him to specifically to leave the toenail alone. DO NOT CUT IT. Well.. he had to cut it. Caused alot of pain. These 2 very simple procedures took nearly 2 hours. I will absolutely not be returning.

I was amazed at the amount of dead skin and callus material that was abraded from my feet! I'll certainly go back, and would recommend to my friends.

The chairs are nice & large, great massage functions/options, and they have handy cup holders too. The price was very reasonable, especially for the 'spa' experience pedicure. The salon itself is very tiny - there is only room for a few clients at a time - and it seems like it could be a little messy or unkempt at times, so that's why I am not giving it 5 stars. But still very much worth the price you pay, easy to make an appointment with, and friendly staff to deal with.

I told my husband as soon as I got home that I had regrets on my decision to go to this place and especially being a nice person that I tipped her for awful service. I got a full set of nails done, attention to detail was definitely not there and she rushed through when they had walk ins coming in waiting. I told her they were to long and she said she couldn’t do any shorter with the shape, I trusted her opinion and should have stuck with what I wanted going shorter. The file she used looked like it had never been cleaned. She filed so hard it was hurting, I told her and she just said sorry and kept going over the same spot irritating it even more. My fingers around my nails are cut in several areas, my fingers were swollen and sore the next day making it difficult to do my job. It has been several days and my one finger is still quite sore, I have been putting disinfectant on it to make sure I don’t get an infection. While washing my hands, I noticed how disgusting and dirty the place was around the sink was disgusting and dirty as well as the floors and the garbage can around it. I had a friend tell me not to go to a nail chop shop and I wish I would have listened. I will NEVER go back to this place frankly I think they should be reported for how unsanitary they are.
