I would not go any where else Peggy and her girls make my kids and myself fell like family when we walk threw that door. They have helped me out of pinches when i needed. All i can say they are fabulous cheerful and just wonderful ladies to deal with i would be devastated if they ever shut that one down.
You know when have gone in there for a few months when you walk in there and they still know your name after taking care of all the customers they do. Those ladies are very special people to my family. I wont go any where else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was quite busy but the staff greeted everyone with a smile and a quick assessment of what their needs were. I was choosing new frames and they never rushed me through but gave me time to be sure of my choices. Lovely staff and all choices were explained in a timely manor.

She made us feel satisfied with the service she rendered. She was able to give us the options to help my daughter get by until her next eligibility to use her vision insurance. She really such a wonderful person indeed! Thank you so much Taylor!

Mo was so awesome in helping me quickly narrow down my search and decide on a couple of frames. She was so friendly and patient and knowledgeable…I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. I also dealt with a manager there, Peggy, she was equally as friendly and helpful. Thanks ladies for making this a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been purchasing my glasses at Pearl Vision at Sherwood Park Mall for many many years. I have always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service. It’s also very convenient as my annual eye appointment is at the optometrist office next door.
Just recently, I stopped in at Pearl Vision to see what the new styles of glasses are this year. I was very happy with the outstanding service that Taylor provided. She is not only attentive to the customer she is serving, but also to customers waiting to be served. When I returned today to order my new glasses, Taylor had documented everything perfectly and she had already done the measurements, so it was a quick trip in and out. For anyone looking for a great selection of glasses, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Pearl Vision at Sherwood Park Mall.
