★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited two weeks for my appointment (contact fitting) only to arrive and have the lady tell me I didn’t have one. Zero customer service. Their appointment system involves a really messy book with pencil scribbles. My eye exam which was at another date , on the other hand, was great because it had nothing to do with Costco. I’ll go anywhere else in the future that has customer service and is organized. Waste of time going.
