C	Christine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand how important it is to get regular eye exams, but to withhold your customers past prescription when they are LEGALLY entitled to their records, is completely wrong. That is MY information and when their staff refuses to give me my prescription and insists on getting an additional exam, it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Refusing to give me my prescription, even if it is 2 years and 6 months old, is not a good way to keep or gain clientele. It’s a shame because I had an amazing, thorough examination and they have a beautiful selection of frames. I’ve never had this issue at any optometry office as their receptionists and staff fully understand that you cannot refuse a customer their information. The only way they can refuse to give you your prescription is if you have a serious health condition. I just felt like they were trying to get me in there to pay the 90-100 fee again whilst impeding on my rights. Super sly and unacceptable.

Dr. Avis is lovely and knowledgeable and the staff are friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of glasses, high quality and lots of variety. I will continue to trust Avis Optometric for my eye care needs as long as I am in the area.

They both truly take the time to ensure that there are no issues with your eye health, rather than just rushing through a prescription check. They were both also very willing to talk me through exactly what they were doing and why, which is important to me.
b	bev thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glasses are fine but way over priced. I have coverage and never paid out of pocket. I got less and paid extra $200.00. .My husband paid over $1000.00 out of pocket. We have not be back.
