Worst customer service ever... I brought the car 3 times in the last three weeks because one the tires was loosing air. The first two times they said everything was OK with the tire, and maybe it was because of the temperature (it was not even cold outside yet, and my car is always in a garage). The second time they put 57 PSI when the regular pressure should be 33! I could have sued them for this negligence. And again, there was not any issue with the tire...When I noticed that, I took some air out, and I found out that the tire had a huge nail in it. That means that they had never checked the tire before, they just put air without even looking for the issue. I booked an appointment to fix the tire, and they said it would take one hour. It took two hours and no one came to explain me why it was taking longer than expected, or to apologize for the delay...

Professional, friendly, well trained staff. Hassle free buying experience. Place is warm and offers well spaced seating. Test drives available (driver must be G2 or full G qualified). Delvin Rondon (salesperson) is the person to contact for car features/specifications. He listens patiently and is very helpful. Andrew Andreis (sales manager) and Cameron are quick and efficient in their work and get the job done in a jiffy. I am pleased with my experience here.

I purchased my first car here thanks to Gary, Shiv, and Danielle. I bought a used 2017 Honda Civic Touring, and it was a pretty good experience. They were patient with me as it was my first time buying a car, and they were upfront and honest which I appreciated. The car itself was in like new condition, and it came detailed and completely clean. I bought a used car, but honestly it felt like I bought a new car! I'm very happy overall with my experience here.

This rating is for the SERVICE department, as I purchased my Nissan from a dealership outside of Toronto. I’ve owned Nissans for over ten years, and only since switching to this dealership for services have I felt disappointed and been ripped off every visit (this will be my last time). They are very untrustworthy. Discussions about pricing prior to services are never accurate and the final bill always is WAY more than discussed. Feel like I get taken to the cleaners every visit. Stay away!

Purchased our 2017 Nissan Rouge, we've had it now maybe 1 month. We love, you couldn't ask for a better vehicle. The salesman (Shiv) we had, had amazing customer service skills. It's something you don't see today. He treated you like you were apart of there own. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle, for sure.

Each time I was met with friendliness, promptness, helpfulness courtesy, and professionalism. They are among your very best workers, and I feel the need to have them acknowledged and recognized. I have gone back to your dealership repeatedly because of the unrivalled service that they provide; I have complete trust In their recommendations and care for my automobile. I simply wanted to let you know personally how grateful I am to your company for all the excellent years of service, and I’m grateful especially to Steve and Kevin for being so amazing, trustworthy, and helpful! I cannot recommend your dealership enough to friends and family.. That kind of service brings customers coming back to your door!

I recently had a car issue and was very happy with the amazing customer service Steve and the team from the Service Department provided within such a quick turn around time. Steve took the time to follow up with me to provide regular updates on the status of the repairs and was very kind and responsive throughout the process. Completely disappointed with the service provided on Sherway Nissan. I did 4 scheduled maintenances with them and in 2 they put the vehicle's integrity and my family's safety at risk due to errors in their process. in December 2020, I performed the 8000km maintenance and after driving to Niagara I felt a strong smell of oil in the car. I checked the hood and the technician had forgotten to close the car's oil cap. The engine and bodywork were oil-washed. Now, on the last Friday, July 2nd, 2021, I performed a new 32000km review and this time, when I was leaving with the vehicle, I decided to inspect the hood and to my surprise, another error. The air filter was left fitted in the middle of the engine and the air filter reservoir empty. When questioning the employee, he informed me that it was an extra part and that I would not be charged for it. I asked if the engine was the place to put extra parts and he noticed that the filter had not been replaced. He looked for the person in charge of maintenance who apparently did not want to see me. The customer service employee was the one who replaced the air filter in the correct place and apologized saying that he couldn't do anything else. I have completely lost trust in the service provided by Sherway Nissan and am reconsidering to remain a customer of the Nissan brand.
