★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably disrespectful of patients time. My girlfriend had an appointment and did not get in for nearly an hour, when she finally did the appointment was finished in 3 minutes. They claimed that there was an influx of walk-ins, but there were only 2 other people in the waiting room the entire time and I was under the impression that making an appointment should take priority over walk-ins so that you don't have to wait nearly an hour. We will be finding a new doctor and because of her wait time she got a parking ticket. Beyond frustrating, DO NOT GO HERE! You will not be treated with any amount of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional medical clinic in Calgary. I have had very bad experiences with medical clinics in the NW, but this is a gem for the city. Me and my whole family come here and all the staff are just amazing. Front desk is friendly and truly caring, and the doctors actually care about you and holistic health. They spend proper time with me and never rush me out. Dr. Sakina Raj is one of the more knowledge and kind doctors I ever encountered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t mind the receptionists. Although my appointment was initially booked with my family doctor, all of a sudden it’s with someone else. My biggest frustration comes from having a scheduled appointment (the clinic is empty) and having to wait 45mins OR MORE to see the doctor for 5 mins. On top of that, I asked my doctor to give me bloodwork paperwork to do a check up and she refused saying I’m only 23 and I’m healthy. And now all of a sudden, 5 months later she needs to see me in clinic for a yearly exam when she hasn’t done it once on me in 3 years I’ve been her patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime the appointment will run late, everytime!!!
30min to 1 hour wait is usually even you have already booked the appointment.
So what's the point for booking an appointment? The clinic requests patient to show on time, what about the doctors? If the doctor don't have ability to see too many patients, just book fewer patients daily.
Also please contact the patient ahead of time if the appointment running later. Our time is also precious, time is money!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from out of province and called this morning for a walk in appointment after experiencing 5 days of a sore throat , sore jaw, ear ache and headache. The Dr called me within 15 minutes. We discussed my symptoms and I was instructed to go to the clinic for an in person check up. Everyone from reception to the in person Dr was fantastic. I highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter booked a phone call appointment 2 weeks ago. She waited for the doctor’s call the whole day today but the doctor didn’t call even after many reminders. My daughter missed her class too. My daughter requested for fax the prescription to the pharmacy but they didn’t and she missed her dose. Whenever my family go for appointments there is always one hour wait besides the scheduled time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8am appointment. Turned up early, staff not wearing face masks. Asked to wait in an alternate waiting room which was a paint pealing broom closet with seats so dirty you wouldn’t use them on a building site. The broom closet started to fill up so much that you were almost shoulder to shoulder to the other people stuffed in there.
I left without being seen after waiting like that for half an hour.
It took them a further hour to notice.
Do yourself and your children a favour and do not visit this place, if your doctor recommends them to you, question it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I was worried by reading the reviews. But when I entered the clinic, all my worries were gone. The front staff were just as great, they greeted us right away, and were super kind ! Dr. Daud who was RIGHT on time. He was incredible, he listened to every one of my concerns, answered all my questions. He provided easy to understand responses instead of a bunch of medical jargon and made sure we understood before moving on to the next item. He was very easy to speak to, open to all our questions and you can tell he genuinely cares about the kids that come to see him. It was the most incredible doctors experience we have ever had! Thank you so much! We ? % will be going back, and recommending to everyone !
