★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor googles symptoms in person and via phone appointments. Doctor will not see patients with any symptoms. Results - improper prescriptions of medications. Young lady at reception is rude and arrogant.
Not sure how this place can exist.
I read your reply, Faj Medical. Unfortunately for you, the statements are correct. This is not bullying, nor harassment, in any form. These are facts and a justified review. I strongly recommend you amend your business practices and reform into a respectable firm. Your ill-fated attempt to turn the tables and claim abuse will not be received by any reviewers as reality. Your abuse and poor practices from reception to doctor, will not be tolerated.

I didn’t want to go to this clinic because of the reviews but other clinics had long wait time so I decided to go here.
I went to this clinic with a lump in my throat and the doctor looked at me and said it my might be Covid and he cannot help me, after I told him I had no symptoms of Covid. He literally said “I cannot help you” and asked me to go to a pharmacist. I was in there for exactly 2mins. I should have trusted the reviews, do not make the same mistake I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was attentive and respectful and booked me in right away. This is huge because so many receptionist at medical offices have been rude and dismissive which is hard when you’re dealing with something. They’re the first impression. Doctor is efficient and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Fajimi is an excellent doctor, but more importantly a fantastic human being. He has earned the trust of my wife and I for his compassionate, honest, and fair approach to medicine. Quite frankly, I am shocked to read such negative comments. I cannot invalidate the negative experiences that others had, but I can share that my experience has been nothing short of excellent. He always makes it clear we can visit him at any time and never have I felt him rushing though the appointment, something I have experienced with previous family doctors. So far I have felt well taken care of in my +1 year of seeing Dr. Fajimi, and my wife has recommended him to several of her clients and friends. Thank you Dr. Fajimi for taking good care of our family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw a 1 star review of this Dr from someone who had never been, This is to even that out. i have never been either. Also, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE TO PAY FOR A TRAVEL PRESCRIPTION- that Shoppers pharmacist doesn't know what they are talking about. Travel services are not covered by Alberta Health and whether you know what you want or not- there is still a fee for appointment- health care does not pay for you to travel. Sorry. Don't blame the doctor- this is the price of travel. Sincerely, pharmacist

Not even listen what happen.
Just said Be his patient or go to fine other, no listen.
Never go again even i sick to die.
Even a receptionist is so rude just like the doctor. Do not waste your time to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My elbow was severely bruised after falling on ice, and was unable to find any clinics that were open on Sunday, apart from Dr. Faj's. Then I read the negative reviews and became hesitant, but eventually decided to go in for a visit because the pain got worse. Not trying to invalidate the negative reviews, but I am unsure why there are so many negative reviews because I had an extremely pleasant experience at this clinic from the receptionist to the doctor to the pharmacist. Thankfully the clinic was pretty empty, so they took me in as a walk-in patient with a wait time of 5 minutes.
Dr. Faj kindly greeted me and welcomed me into the examination room. Then he patiently listened to my situation and examined my elbow. Because I was still able to move my arm and there were no evident indications of a broken arm, he prescribed me a couple of tablets for a week to help ease the pain and recommended icing the elbow for 20 minutes intermittently. He's a pretty funny guy and continuously made jokes too which was nice. He was even kind enough to give me a cream to help with the bruising for free.
On top of that, the clinic was extremely clean and tidy; they asked all patients to wear shoe scrubs to ensure cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today my partner & I went in as walk ins. I have to say, I could see why some of these reviews say the receptionist isn’t great. The receptionist wasn’t very friendly, however she was very efficient. We waited about 5 minutes to be seen by Dr. Fajimi - there wasn’t anyone else waiting to be fair. The doctor himself was AMAZING. He was very friendly, had a sense of humour, and yet was professional. He addressed our concerns & questions efficiently and was very polite. I would definitely recommend coming here for walk in or for regular visits.
