E	Emma L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my, where to start. I've Ben to many different clinics for Botox in Calgary. I am often not 100 percent happy. They are so professional, and so kind here, it's very warming, and comforting. Dr. Rohan Bissoondath, gave me my treatment, my results are already awesome, I was there this Saturday, I am very pleased. The treatment was more relaxing then I could ever think it could be, I didn't feel a thing. Thank you so much guys, look forward to my next visit :)

As an electrician I work outside (+30 to -50!) in all kinds of damaging weather. Over the last 6.5 years I am routinely amazing and impressed by their (and I say “their” because it is every single staff member at Preventous) care, concern and commitment to ensuring that all my questions are answered and I am 100% happy with any desired results. Although I have tried a multitude of treatments I’ve never been asked “if I’ve had work done” and at 37 I look and feel more youthful then when I walked in the door in 2013. I could not picture my beauty and skin routine without them. It’s a world class service that everyone can benefit from. Thank you for making me feel beautiful everyday.

I've never had any work done prior to coming to this clinic & I will say I'm absolutely blown away by the services the staff have to offer. They are all very professional & help you all the way through your treatments to get you to your end goal of achieving amazing skin! Dr. Woodard helped to give me the most natural looking lips without making it look like I had work done. He is a true artist at what he does! All staff members are extremely helpful & friendly. A+++ highly recommend!

Because of this, I always gave the various clinics the benefit of the doubt (sometimes for way too long). Time after time I was let down. Whether it was the lack of customer service from the staff, the feeling of being sold on products due to hitting commission goals, or offering me services that only damaged my skin. This all changed when I started going to Prevents Collaborative Health, specifically seeing Suzanne. During my first consultation with Suzanne, I truly felt heard. She listened to the ups and downs of my skincare journey (acne prone, sun damaged, sensitive skin). I told her that I had found a product (not medical grade) that works well for my sensitive skin and wasn't looking to buy more products, just add on treatment. For once, I felt heard and understood. "Let's not fix anything that is not broken," she said. She suggested we start with a couple of Hydrafacial treatments and see if they help. After the treatments and over the weeks, she continued to check in on me. Something that was very rare based on my past experiences. Suzanne has gained my absolute trust, and this is why I will continue to go to Prevents Collaborative Health for my skincare needs.

F	Fivio Foreign on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to Preventous for a cheek scar/mole and took a hiatus for several years because of school commitments. Upon my return appointment, which was a few days ago, a woman began using a laser with a bright flash dangerously close to my eye for some reason, as well as near my nose and basically everywhere except area which I was coming in for (scar/mole). I couldn't move to tell her and it was painful and scary. The eye goggles I was wearing were just loosely sitting on my face and every time she zapped me near my eye with the laser I jolted, causing the goggles to move slightly. I was squeezing my eyes shut as tight as I could. Once she was done I asked her why she was doing the treatment so close to my eye and she explained that was what I wanted!!! Did she even read my file? The a fact that she performed a treatment without reading or confirming where it was to be done is alarming. My eye has been hurting for days after.
J	J Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really loved seeing Dr. Bing Wu. I feel like my concerns are always heard with him. He's also up to date on new medical knowledge and can always answer all my questions. I'm really happy to see that he has his own clinic now in Calgary that's super easy to get into, has less beaurocracy, and CHEAPER (amazing)!

Multiple errors in blood work done, glucose testing that was the wrong test and had to redo and then my doctor who I had the entire time left the clinic and no one let me know or made an attempt to help me learn who the new physician was I WOULD be seeing. I don’t understand how you can pay thousands of dollars a year and have so little communication. I was very glad to learn that Dr. Bing Wu just went out on his own and was able to find him via Google. I can say the three stars is about having an all in one clinic and the ease of getting in for appointments.
