Bankview House and Grace Lutheran Manor are self-contained seniors' apartment buildings, owned by the Government of Alberta and managed by a non-profit management organization that donates its time as a service project to the community. This Board is comprised of members from Grace Lutheran Church, Scarsboro United Church, and Sacred Heart Catholic Church. They are dedicated to providing the leadership necessary to manage each building as a place you will be proud to call your home.

I live across from this building.
In the summer evenings, a very loud and belligerent old man will take his several instruments out to the lower balcony and scream profanity at passersby while playing poorly.
I have reached out to the building managers and owners several times over the years living in my building, however they are unwilling to take any action to deal with their unruly residents unfortunately.
Would not recommend anyone living in or around this building if they value their sanity.
