D	Doug Bowles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 84 year old mom has been a resident since June 2020 after being widowed in Ontario early in 2020. As she has Alzheimer's it has been a perfect spot. The PSWs and nursing staff are amazing, helping her with many daily tasks and very patient. Through covid I have been able to see her regularly which has made a huge difference to her mental health. She enjoys the activities for residents.

My Father enjoyed chatting to the staff and especially Joan and made a point to visit her at the front desk. I would certainly recommend the Eau Claire residence.

I truly believe that had he remained at home on his own he would not be with us today. I cannot say enough great things about Eau Claire. The staff are always really kind and attentive to my father. I live just a few blocks away and drop in often. I have never seen anybody be anything but patient and kind to any of the residents. My father especially enjoys the happy hours and pub nights with entertainment. The front-end staff, especially Joan, the receptionist are always friendly, welcoming and ready to help. I would not hesitate to recommend Eau Claire to anyone looking for a great residence for their loved one.

The staff have dealt with them swiftly and efficiently to keep everyone safe and secure. It is a huge comfort knowing that my Aunt is safe and well taken care of, not just during the normal day to day but also during extraordinarily difficult times. Thank you Eau Claire staff!

We stayed in a Toronto facility for a month but it was horribly expensive and quite disorganized. With the help of AHS I found Chartwell Eau Claire only a few blocks from my home. More than a year later mom has stabilized, meds are perfectly administered, I get calls if anything is out of the ordinary, 2-hour checks, terrific laundry service (don't think of doing it yourself), good food, excellent staff and absolute A+ management. I attend regular care meetings with staff and the doctor, mom is ready for her appointments outside and I get calls whenever supplies start to get low. Covid has caused so many problems but Chartwell Eau Claire stayed safe. Mom will be 89 this year and could live to be a 100. There is no better place in the world she could be right now. Thank you staff and management for doing what so many other places could not do--protecting staff and residents through all of the troubling times. Don't hesitate, you won't find a better location than Chartwell Eau Claire.

The staff are very empathetic and knowledgeable, with appropriate skill levels to help with the needs of the frail elderly. Attention to mental well being as well as physical well being is top of mind for the staff and managers. During this very trying COVID 19 time we have been impressed with the professionalism of the managers, as well as the front-line staff. We are very grateful for the kindness shown to her and for the understanding the staff shows to our needs, as well. These are difficult times for the health care sector, with pressures from all sides, particularly in senior care. We applaud the continued efforts made by Eau Claire Staff and their supportive management.

They loved and cared for her as if she was their own grandma. We had great communication from the staff, and they were consistently on top of her health and needs. Rita passed away in December, 2021 and our family will never forget the kindness shown to her at Chartwell Eau Claire.
