My wife and I have bought and sold many homes over the last 25 years and this has been our best realtor to date. Ken Barrie went above and beyond our expectations. His professionalism and positive attitude were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend using Ken and the team at Bamber.

Our 5 star rating is a reflection of her professionalism, level of service, and advice we have recieved while having multiple dealings with Lisa, both from a buyer and seller perspective. I would not and will not hesitate to recommend her to any and all looking for an extremely pleasant and professional realtor.

Reached out to Punam to rent a property that they have listed on rent faster. She had no idea about the property and nobody from the company had visited the property according to the previous owner who showed it to us. We needed to set up a second viewing for the other tennant to see the house, and when I suggested a time asked if it worked for them she stopped responding. Three days and three messages from me later, two hours before I had suggested to meet I am asked if I can still make it. I drop everything I was doing and make my way to the showing. Mani shows us the house and it goes well. We want to move forward, so we are sent the application and told to send it to Mani. The next business day I am asked to provide the same information from the application, where it is then revealed Punam is setting things up without even having a copy of my application. I then send her a copy of my application because she can't get ahold of Mani. I have communicated verbally to Mani and on paper to both of them that I was looking to rent January first. Yesterday I was asked if I could meet that night to sign the documents. We were unable to both be there so I asked if we could meet at noon today. At 9:30 this morning I'm told to meet outside a local restaurant, and to bring first month's rent and damage deposit. I told her we were able to bring the deposit with us today, and we would have rent the day we actually took occupancy of the house, to which she stated that the date of the rental would be for December 1st, confirming that she hadn't actually read my application. She apologized for the "miscommunication" to which I said it's unacceptable that I have gotten this far into the application process despite communicating multiple times that I'm looking for possession on January 1st, to which she said "I am sorry you feel that way". A complete lack of accountability, hard to communicate with, poor internal company communication. Seriously do not deal with these people.

We are so happy we listed our home with Lisa - her advice was rock solid, she got the job done and sold our house in record time. We would not hesitate to recommend her to buyers or sellers. Lisa is a force to be reckoned with, and she will do her best for you every time!

John McNeill and Ferry James are an excellent full-service team. John put together an excellent strategy for selling my home and was able to describe it in detail when I interviewed realtors. He was on top of all the legal details, referred me to good lawyers, and helped me choose a staging company and decide what to stage. He also replaced some of my dated light fixtures at his own cost and had a repair done. Ferry rolled up her sleeves and helped me with packing, finding movers, an excellent carpet cleaner, and amazing house cleaners. She kept me on schedule and made the whole move so much less stressful. They were head and shoulders above the four realtors I worked with in the past and the three I interviewed for this house sale.

I just recently purchased my first home, and I can (with much relief) say I am so glad it's come to an end. My realtor was Emily Dixon. As a first time home buyer I didn't know a whole lot coming out of the gate. Emily was thorough, patient, and time and time again went over and above to find my fiancée and I our first home. From being available at any time to a welcome home basket on possession day, I cannot say enough good about Emily. We will never purchase or sell with anyone else. Lisa Calles was amazing! She is kind and listened to our needs. She was very knowledgeable, showed us plenty of places and connected us with the right people to secure our sale and after the sale for any and all needs. She connected us to great people. The Mortgage broker she referred us to was able to get us approved and all the trades people she has put us in contact with have been wonderful. Lisa is an incredible woman, I felt an instant kinship with her and felt like she always listened and genuinely cares about our family and our needs. This was my first time buying a home and she was fantastic with any and all questions. If it wasn't for Lisa, this would not have been possible for our family.
