Erin has been our realtor for 2 home purchases so far. She helped us find our first home, a condo in 2013, and more recently our first house in November 2020. She is very hardworking, dedicated and honest. With our condo, I feel like we looked at SO MANY places before we found the right one. With our house, it ended up taking a year to find the right one, and we had to take a pause because of Covid. We eneded up going into competing offers and in total, I think she wrote 4 different offers for us. Erin was always available to answer any questions and her advice was very reliable.
