Then he was really punctual, responsive, prepared and would do the extra mile to contact others realtors to find out specific details (like history on the property). He really adapted himself to my analytical and detailed approach at researching houses. And finally during some long negotiations; he was really talented to help me to get a better price. So he is a strong and calm negotiator that you want to have on your side. I would really recommend him!

Evan Robinson was the perfect agent for us! Our sale was part of an Estate Sale, and so had complications and stresses that another sale may not have. On top of that, we don't live in Calgary, so we counted on Evan for a lot of extra help and time. Never did Evan give us any other response than ensuring that things would move ahead easily. There was a real comfort in hearing his voice as we tried to balance all parts of the sale, including a reluctant tenant. The Condo sold, ending with a small bidding war! We got 10,000 over our asking price. When negotiations were going on, Evan kept us posted, doing the needed work for us, all the way through looking for the best sale price for the Estate. Evan was patient, professional and prompt in all of his communications and services! Dealing with lawyers from Alberta and Saskatchewan, both Estate issues and real estate demands, Evan was able to guide us through and ensure that everything was done in the right time line. Often Evan would double check with others involved of the inspections, cleaning and moving, as well as the lawyers, to make sure all was in order. While we found Evan as part of a random google search, we feel that he was the perfect agent for our needs and that we were very lucky to have him on our team! Once Covid concerns settle we hope to travel to Calgary...and finally meet up with Evan Robinson, our Calgary Real Estate Agent by choice!
