J	Jeremy Van Drunen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate zero, we walked in to get a container of hot chocolate and sweet cider, we were also going to get a couple of drinks to go, which we ended up not getting because the barista greeted us very coldly and then moved on to another customer before our transaction was even complete.

Sad experience today as the place is grossly understaffed: only 2 people to man the drive through, front counter, make the special drinks, grind beans. The 2 people in there today were trying to do all of this by themselves. It's almost like the owner thought that not having seating available meant the need for less staff. After more than 5 minutes waiting in line at the counter I just left and took my business elsewhere. The 2 people ahead of me were still ahead of me after waiting in line. Shame on the owners to put their staff through this type of work shift. Or perhaps there is no more staff to call in. Who would want to work there under these conditions?
光	光猫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes the service is slow, but the coffee is always good and it’s within walking distance from my home and work. I love that you can get your points while paying with your debit and not just through the app- and the rewards don’t expire like at Starbucks.
D	Daniela S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My coworkers and I usually get second cup once a week. We like to support locally owned businesses. Sometimes the wait time for drive thru can be long but the drinks are always delicious. I have the app, it gets me points for every dollar spent.

Z	Zach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from this location on DoorDash, and my order was missing items and cold , I understand with delivery items can be cooler on arrival but all items where very cold, The sandwich we ordered was the wrong sandwich as well, when I called them they only thing offered was a small refund or for me to come in. But the reason we ordered delivery is because we are at work and just can’t run out when they make a mistake
K	Kristi Herlein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite Second Cup locations since they're open early enough to go before work. I love Second Cup because they're the only chain I know of that has lattes that taste like coffee and aren't too sugary.
