★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on a cold snowy day during Covid. I had a pretty big order for 9 people. Dine-in was closed and there was no lineup. Staff were very friendly and prepared my order fairly quickly. Coffee quality was great and what you would expect from Starbucks. Would have to try at a busier time to comment on customer service when things are busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will go out of my way to visit this Starbucks over other locations purely due to the wonderful staff. They are all so friendly, but a staff member named Ryan goes above and beyond. His cheerful and kind demeanor will brighten your day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been a big Starbucks supporter until I had my first taste of coffee at this Starbucks at Lakeland drive. The customer service is the tops and consistent. I have tried other Starbucks and find this location is by far my favorite and the best. I will travel out of my way to just go to this location. I absolutely love all of the staff and the manager is just as friendly and not afraid to get his hands dirty to help out his employees. Keep up the good work guys I will for sure be supporting your store and recommending you!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, helpful, they don't feel rushed, and they always take time to see my baby when she comes.
The atmosphere is great and it's very clean as well.
I live in Edmonton with a Starbucks 5 blocks from me and make the drive out to this location a couples times a week due to these reasons.
