V	Vaugn Gretz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just look at my driveway. Well, we told them at the 11 month review. After 2 months we received a letter. "We have ascertained that the driveway and/or walks are performing as intended". "Should you feel that this resolution is unsatisfactory, you may contact your progressive new home warranty provider for their input." Well we did and they said they would take no action because it was beyond one year. So we had our insurance company look at it and they said "We do not insure loss or damage of the cost of making good faulty material or workmanship." This will probably cost us thousands of dollars to replace which is so disappointing when we were under the impression we were building with a quality builder.

A builder that is LARGE in reputation but has a small family feel. Every detail is perfection! I recommend them to all my friends looking to invest in a new home!?

We feel like we can count on San rufo to fix any issues without any hassle. San rufo cares about their product and cares about their customers. They make building a new home attainable and try and get you into a home you're happy with. They go above and beyond other builders. We would have paid more to have less with the other builders in the area. San rufo was affordable and built us a great home. Although irrelevant to my experience with San rufo I feel it is something to note.... I spoke with one of the contractor's from one of the other builders in the area and he said it is rare to see every contractor that works with a builder have so many nice things to say about them as a company. Everyone he spoke to said San Rufo is a great builder to work with and they had nothing negative to say. He didn't have such nice things to say about the builder he was working with. All in all the experience was pleasant, easy, and exceeded expectations.
t	tena philip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a neighbour of the property where San Rufo is constructing, 2 weeks ago their contracts entered my property and plugged in their commercial light into our outside outlet for their construction use. After emailing the company regarding it, their coordinator sent a reply offering a $25 gift card for the inconvenience caused. I am highly disappointed with their approach of dealing with this matter. I sent an email and left voice messages to their manager and so far we haven't received any call back and email to discuss this matter further. Our electricity bill has spiked with the result of them stealing our electricity and i want everyone to be aware of this issue has this could happen to anyone. By offering a $25 gift card it shows San Rufo is supporting people to trespass another persons property and use their electricity illegally.

She took the time to actually get to know us as people and conducted such a thorough needs assessment that we knew we had found our perfect home builder. That level of care ended up turning our dream home into a reality. There are people that simply go through the motions and this could not be more opposite than what we experienced with Corrinna and San Rufo as a whole.

She was flexible with meeting and accommodated any way possible. U fortunate for her, we got her cell number and we would text her ALL the time and at all hours with random questions and things we thought of and she always responded back. Since we moved in we only found a few minor issues but as soon as we contacted San Rufo and they corrected the problem super fast, in one instance the very same day we had someone there correcting an issue. All our guests and family have said they are surprised and impressed at the quality. Highly recommend going through the custom home build process. They made it super easy.

However. if you ever have to deal with the management team it is a terrible experience. They do not want to take accountability for their actions and terrible customer service skills.

The CEO sent us a very “professional” email telling us to put our venom to our neighbours because we kept asking them to fix the issue. Unbelievable how they actually don’t care for middle class people like us who actually trusted them!!
