well and was happy to answer a ton of questions before, during and after the project was completed. This contractor focuses on quality work
done by experienced local tradesmen. The whole project was well organized with a blueprint and a schedule for achieving certain project milestones.
You are not left in the dark here. The use of a detailed written contract was also very welcome and reassuring as a consumer. The payment
schedules was tied to the completion of project milestones- not dates which is very good. I found this contractor to be very transparent
in the way they do business. I would not hesitate one bit to recommend Iconic Renovations to anyone. For my next project in the future
I will exactly know who to call first.
