★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible time with the parts department. We blew up the gear box as the clutch plates did not work. I have no idea what we all needed. We asked for everything in the gear box that would be needed to repair it. The parts guy told us what we needed however he did not include a part that was only $1.33. It was the locking washer that held the whole thing together. We took all the parts which were hugely overpriced and went home to fix. We got it all together and it worked. Well for about an hour. With out that $1.33 part it allowed the whole thing to come apart again! This was a $3300 parts list that now we had to repurchase. The parts guy didnt have another bearing and had told us it would cost over $500 any where else. He lied to us as we found one for only $127. at a local bearing shop. So we had to pay a mechanic to over haul the machine not once but twice on top of the heavy cost of replacement parts. I would personally stay as far away from this business as you can. Unfair trade practices to say the least.
