D	Dennis G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager doesn't seem to know customer service. A product was out of stock so I asked if we could get a rain cheque to honor the sale price and was told no since it's a "promotion". Very poor service and offered no solution. Terrible experience will never be back.

She was super knowledgeable, worked off of our cues as customers, and helped us as we went about the store. I went with her recommendation and really loved the results. I have been to Sally’s in five different cities, and I would say this is the first time I have enjoyed the experience enough that I felt compelled to write a review. I even tried to find a spot to give feedback to the company. I would like that to be incorporated into receipts.
A	A G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service and problem-solving skills. No way for payments during lock down if your tap isn’t working. (Belleville store was able to accommodate over the phone very quickly and was great to deal with, got my products no problem) Would’ve been great if somebody let me know this before the drive out to pick up my order when I called the night before to confirm everything, or been able to guide me better then “unless you can do it through the window, sorry”.. Most stores have the debit machine set up outside, still contact-less, or take cash and wipe it. I’ve honestly never seen a business refuse TWO forms of legal tender before. Belleville store will be getting my business in the future.
