Miranda looked after Bandit and was able to get his nails trimmed without assistance like I usually have to do. He doesn't usually respond well with getting his nails trimmed without me there to reassure him, so the fact that he was able to connect with her and feel safe is amazing. He looked perfect after his visit he smelled clean, and felt really soft. Will definitely go back and try to book an appointment with Miranda.

But after the sheer lack of inventory, the poor customer service, not to mention the total lack of interest from the manager who sat in his chair 10ft away and did nothing to assist the cashier when there points system failed. I am done.
L	Lyssa Jamie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upsetting and disappointing. I'd explain all the atrocities this store engages in, but it would take too long. The poor husbandry is astounding. The enclosures for the animals are extremely small and not adequatly stocked with items these animals need for safe and healthy environments. Multiple animals appeared stressed - chameleons scratching at ceilings and sides of the vivariums, pacing and scrambling from hamsters. There were THREE crested geckos in one very small vivarium - these are highly solitary creatures that can attack and kill each other simply because they want to be alone (territorial). Staff was not good either. No one said anything too us as we waiting around the crickets for a staff member to assist. They saw us but nothing was said or offered. Very bad experience. Very unhappy our town let them come here and risk local business' who are decent to animals and the public.

My heart aches for all these beautiful animals being subjected to such sad conditions. Is the company not training or hiring experienced individuals? Or is the company supporting and instilling these horrendous conditions for the animals. Something needs to be done here!
E	Elizabeth Lambert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store. Ok prices. Very nice displays. Staff are your basic uneducated part time after school kids though like all pet smarts. I over heard a lady ask what fish breed easy. The worker said I don't know. Customer pointed out some Rummy Nose Tetras. Asked the staff..what about these fish? The staff said "oh the runny noses". I heard the customer laugh at the name. I walked away and left. I cant support this store unfortunately due to their lack of any effort or care to learn. They are there for their paycheck and to show you what dog beds and cat litter they like. I recommend going to a specialty store for an actual pet and proper set up.

Even though she hates her nails being cut they did it with no issues. Store is clean and well stocked, animals/fish all look very healthy and clean. Will definitely be back!

I had an issue with the filter that came with the fish tank and Deryk exchanged it for me no problem. Great location and will be shopping there for along time to come.
