★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never have had a problem with part source until today.
Went in to get a price on a thermostat they told me $47 and they would have to order it as it wasn't in stock. No biggie right ? I figured I would try Canadian tire to see if they had one in stock before ordering one, Canadian Tire told me they didn't have one in stock but could have one with in the hour and if I didn't want to wait I could pick it up at part source; I told them part source told me they didn't have one in stock so I would wait and see if they could actually get it.
Sure enough an hour later Canadian Tire called and said they had my part. I picked it up but it didn't come with the gasket and they didn't have it in stock but checked there computer and said part source did, once again I goto part source and they told me they didn't have the gasket and it wasn't in there system.
Might I add that part source had told me $47. Canadian tire it was $20
$27 dollars difference for a part they didn't have but delivered across the street an hour later.
Not happy with the service at Part Source to say at the least and from now on I will just goto Canadian Tire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of our trucks break down just down the street from these guys. All I wanted was a can of quick start. Called these guys , they had it. I know it is not regular practice for Part Source but the guy who answered the phone actually delivered it to my stranded truck. A $5.00 item! I'm not kidding! God bless Cobourg hospitality. I wish I got the guys name. He certainly understands customer service. They went beyond the call of duty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Staff & parts order for any vechile anyone owns has and always helpfull to and I keep going back too! Hope stay around forever to and be shopping more to there too! My vechile runs excellent with all parts get there from electronic to anything! Thank you for my 4 thumbs up staff work there and enjoy you all there also fast serivce even part needs come in over night then pick next day!
