★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the first week of December 2021 to request repair of a vintage refrigerator, which I discussed with them. They assured me that they are able to do such work. Repairperson came and confirmed the issue was with leaks in copper tubing (took him about 4 minutes to confirm this) and said that he doesn't do that kind of repair work but would refer me to another repairperson who does (Zak) and that the service call fee would be applied toward that repair work. I've been trying to get in touch with this repair specialist Zak for months now, both directly and through the B&T Appliance office, but as of February 7 2022, two months after the initial service appointment, he has not made any plans to come and see/fix the refrigerator. I paid $96 for a 4-minute service call that confirmed what I knew was the problem, and absolutely no repair work of any kind has been done. Worst of all is the complete lack of response- both from Zak and from the business itself. I would NOT recommend this place.
