★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been home brewing beer and wine for decades and for the past many years I have been going to Bitters and Grapes in Cobourg. I find the staff knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. Recently I had a batch of beer that did not turn out (first one in over 30 years). I spoke with the owner about possible causes for the failure. In the end he offered me a free kit along with sugar and corks. I gratefully accepted. Now that is what I would call EXCELLENT customer service. See you soon folks.
