This location also had Winnipeg Police staffed to assist with security making sure both customers and staff were safe, I really appreciated that effort made by the company to create a safe environment for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see people are trying but it is against protocol to remove your mask after you have put it on as it increases your risk of transmission of pathogens from your mask, hands and face. I understand people need to be ID'd but the security guard touched her face and mask to demo mask removal and then right away handed back my licence without sanitizing her hands in between.
The proper protocol for clients would be to let them know before entering that they will need to remove their mask. This way they can wear a new or clean mask. Then ask clients to sanitize their hands before the mask removal to minimize their risk.
If you are going to implement health protocols please ensure the standard is at the level suggested by MB Health.
