★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i bought the 050 toner and T14 additive.... didn't work at all on my bleach blonde hair to turn silver. i then purchased a silver hair dye to fix the bone silver hair... ya that also didn't work at all didn't even make a dent.
i then bought the colour jamz dye in teal and blue... ya they didn't work didn't even take to my bleached hair! just washed right out.
so i suggest going to walmart for hair dye or just don't listen to their advice

I am not knowledgeable about hair products at all and the young lady that helped my daughter and I was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly! She found us the products we need and gave great advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hair is naturally med ash brown except for a few streaks of blond in front. I was going to purchase a med ash brown to go over the streaks which I did but the sales lady said the streaks would turn green not brown. She advised me to use a red 4A on the streaks first then brown dye and was assured repeatedly that no red would show after. I thanked her because the last thing I want is weird colors in my hair let alone red or green. I followed her instructions and now I have red streaks framing my face, bright red streaks. It is horrible and embarrassing, I look like a clown. DO NOT say you are a professional and give advise if you have NO idea what you are talking about
