Showed up for my appointment after paying for an hour and a half of parking just to receive a text message at the time of my appointment saying it has been rescheduled to another day. Zero communication before hand. Shop isn't even open today. Terrible customer service. Will make sure I let everybody know of this. Bad business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very difficult to make an appointment. When I was able to make an appointment (Early Saturday morning) no one even showed up? I drove all the way in from Lumby, paid for an hour of parking and waited for 45 mins past my appointment time and no one could even be bothered to show up to open the shop. No attempt to reschedule, nothing. Wont be going back, would not recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to love coming to this place when the owner was doing the cuts. When they reopened after the covid shut down the staff was completely different. The younger lady that did my cut seemed like she couldn't care less about the job she was doing and it showed in the cut. I get simple straightforward cut but even that was the worst haircut in a long time, uneven with random long hairs everywhere. I ended up going to a different place the next day to try to fix it.. The whole experience was awful. I haven't been back since. Hopefully its just growing pains and they'll sort their staff out with time. The owner is great and maybe in a few months I'll try it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a fantastic buzz cut fade and beard trim. The atmosphere in the shop is fantastic. I even love the art on the walls. Not to mention James' efficient professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back to Company Barbershop anytime I'm in town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and booked an appointment the week prior. On morning of the appointment I received a text notification bumping my appointment to the same time the next day. Unfortunate, but fine; life happens. On the next day I arrive for my new appointment and the place is locked up and closed, despite receiving a text reminder of my appointment 1 hour before it. It looked as though the place was closed all day, as the mail was still sitting in front of the door. I'll be going somewhere that values my time and business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started going here a few months ago after my barber went on maternity leave almost a year and a half ago and was left to my own devices...I happened upon James and his shop and asked if he did tatts.. he did so I gave it a go..All I can say is that he is hands down..THE BEST STULIST I have EVER had..His hands and technique literally look like they're a machine..his hands are backwards when he cuts and so fast.. its so cool to watch...As for the tatts..sooo creative..different everytine..yu can request whatever you want. Unlike other hairdressers..I dont leave with a "boys" haircut...he blends and fades and makes it very feminine while I still get my short hair and tatts. Sooooo..if yu want an INCREDIBLE...Barber..stylist..absolute professional..with such a great attitude. GO HERE... IM BEYOND HAPPY
