L	Lorne Vance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacist aware of my presence in line waiting for a prescription pick up from 3 hours earlier, told me he’d be right with me. He then proceeded to talk with the customer in front of me, being helped by someone else about his baby being delivers in 12 days. He then walked back to his desk and continued to ignore me Very UNPROFESSIONAL. A one star is to good for him. I’ll get my prescriptions where the business is appreciated.

Pharmacist's are attentive and always make sure to take the time to explain medications to me properly and take the time to answer any questions I have. I feel confident they are putting my care first.
H	Hamish Dunlop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have went to this shoppers since I first moved to the Vernon area, and haven't had too much issues overall. My issues only really started a few months back when I was calling to fill a prescription (As per usual), except this time I was "greeted" by one of the most sour and cold voices I've ever heard. Fast forward to yesterday, and I had another ugly encounter with a pharmacist (may possibly have been the same lady), but this time she was denying me a emergency prescription. This medication in particular is non-addictive, but if you quit cold turkey, that is when issues start to come. I was desperate, and was on my third day without my medication, (I had a doctors appointment, to renew the prescription. This lady lacked both the knowledge of the medication and put me in danger, and the empathy one should have in this line of work. No kind advice was given to help me get my medication in a timely matter to minimize my suffering. That being said, she essentially blocked me out with no information and no medication. We got the exact same emergency refill from another pharmacy with no issues and hour later. They were appalled that Shoppers Drug Mart didn't give me my medication, stating the dangers of being without said medication. There has definitely been a downturn when it comes to the quality of pharmacists they have been hiring lately. Truly sad.
D	Dylon Warren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreasonable pharmacists. I am prescribed medication for my ADHD which is classified as a narcotic. I haul oversize equipment for work and am on the road for long periods of time. I am out of town for two weeks and only have one week left of medication. My girlfriend (who's name is on my benefits) and has the same address is driving 6 hours to see me on my one day off tomorrow. I called to ask if she can pick up my prescription to bring it with her in case I have to stay working here for longer. They said no. Hopefully I dont have to stay longer. I am not supposed to drive without taking my daily dosage once I have started. So thank you very much. Hopefully you guys will hire me if I lose my job. Completely ignorant
J	Julie Walkinshaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SHOUT OUT TO KEVIN!!! Best staff ever at the Shoppers Drug Mart at Polson Mall Vernon. Today Kevin was especially FANTASTIC!! Kevin is always helpful and knows where everything is. If the shelf isn’t stocked with as much product as I want he is quick to fill it. Today he helped me get an incredibly heavy and large wheelchair that came through the post office into my car. He even tied it down and put paper between the trunk and the rope to protect my car. Above and beyond service! I so appreciate Kevin and all the staff at Polson Shoppers!!

Upon arriving not only was it nyk tests but they said ur waiting files at different pharmacy after explaining for 20 minute sit wasn’t me they checked and agreed now after I’ve had a cab waiting at $45 waiting to grab me at shoppers & Explained that I was on a budget she told me it will be done in five minutes I’ve been sitting here for an hour and 20 minutes it’s still not done it’s the most rudest customer service I’ve ever had from the pharmacy

Brooke took the time to go over and above to contact the other location, and made speedy arrangements to have it filled at her location that was closest to me. He attitude was super positive and helpful. Thank you for the help... glad to see that people still give a heck out there!
E	Eileen Lavoie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful, kind and friendly staff throughout the store. The pharmacy staff are especially good. They are patient and respectful even though they are very busy. I find that they are always willing to answer any question and help sort out any issues with prescriptions.
