★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to see a pharmacy go back to the basics of a classic apothecary. Customer service was great (they actually care about what they are dispensing to you). Would be a great spot for seniors in the area to get undivided attention and professional consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A breath of fresh air! After having prescriptions and billing regularly screwed up frequently at Shoppers (31st Avenue in Vernon), we made the move to Pivot RX. Logan and Josh are on top of things and it is nice to feel like we're more than just a nameless faceless prescription to be filled whenever and with whatever. We are very happy that we made the move!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are new to Vernon, and to the province of BC. I needed a prescription renewed, and thanks to the staff at Pivot, I was able to get an emergency refill, hurray!! They also contacted my previous doctor, and got a renewal so I have some time to find a doctor that is taking new patients. Great service, great thinking outside the box!! Thank you so much - very much appreciated!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a breath of fresh air! These guys have redefined pharmacy. The space is beautiful, prices are super competitive (including the $5 dispensing fee!) and you get privacy when speaking to the pharmacist. I will definitely be moving all of my prescriptions over.

You genuinely feel cared for. I am incredibly grateful to their team for always going the extra mile. The pharmacy itself is so aesthetically pleasing which is an unexpected bonus. Especially the lovely pink labels. Thank you Pivot for always delivering the best guest experience. I will be a loyal customer for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Switched to Pivot RX after hearing fabulous reviews from friends. These two pharmacists are actively involved in their business. They personally phone you, talk to you each time you come in (in a private consultation room), they explain prescriptions to you and genuinely care about their clients and their health. Their staff is amazing too! Great location in the heart of Vernon. This is old fashion customer service that is hard to find in 2022. I highly recommend Pivot RX for anyone looking for personalized service with their prescriptions. Outstanding locally owned business that I will continue to support and endorse!
